Growing up, I established an immersion, and wonderfully committed obsession, that was concerning - at least to my traditional, immigrant Asian parents - to the world of fashion and fiction literature. I then weaved stories to connect these universes, so I could retain that information, and live vicariously through the heroines of both fantasies. Looking back; that seems to be where my journey and passion for communicating and storytelling started.

The shortest path to building trust is through empathy. And stories are the vehicle for empathy; and how we divulge a part of ourselves in the storytelling process is how we reveal our humanity and reinforce our shared values and beliefs. When stories are allowed to be shared, a bond is created, based on appreciation and trust. In doing so, I became immensely passionate about building lasting relationships; and building convincing solutions that have the ability to inspire compassion and to compel action.

Furthermore, I enjoy applying my business and marketing acumen through translating effective design into business recommendations that drive measurable results.

As someone who enjoys helping users make a positive difference to their future, crafting simple and engaging design solutions for entrepreneurs and businesses is immensely meaningful and rewarding. I help them grow by identifying branding opportunities; and by creating unique and effective digital assets with interesting, evoking content.

Above all, what matters to me are creating and collaborating on products that are useful, usable, and ultimately, used.
